NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. – BANESE, multiple bank, incorporated as a stock corporation mixed, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general the nomination of Mr. Helom Oliveira da Silva, current Director of Finance, Controls and Investor Relations, to accumulate the function of Chief Executive Officer, in replacement of Fernando Soares da Mota.
The nomination was approved on June 15, 2020, at the Board of Directors meeting, and results from the decision of Mr.Fernando Mota to terminate his activities as an executive in the Administration Public at this time of his coming to 75 years and at the end of his term on the Executive Board and on the Company’s Board of Directors, a notice which was the subject of the Notice to the Market of June 10, 2020.
The Board of Directors also expressed its gratitude to Mr. Fernando Soares da Mota for his dedication and contribution leading the Presidency of the Bank since 2014, and wishes him success in his new cycle.
