NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A., pursuant to article 30, item XXX of CVM Instruction 480/09, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on February 22, 2022, the Central Bank of Brazil ratified the election of a member of the Audit Committee, whose term of office will expire on the date on which those elected by a Board of Directors’ Meeting in 2024 take office.

The following person was elected to the Committee:

MARCELLO JOAQUIM PACHECO – Member

• Lawyer;
• Has a graduate degree in Corporate Law and Compliance;
• Expert in Controllership and Financial Management: Business Development Assessment, and Corporate Law;
• Member of Statutory Audit Committees, Fiscal Councils and Board of Directors of Companies from the electricity, civil construction, textile, health care, pharmaceutical and finance industries; and
• Consultant and legal/corporate advisor on administrative, corporate, finance and audit matters.
