It is now even simpler to access your Banese stock income reports through the Bradesco Writing System, a service available exclusively in digital format, reducing printing costs and minimizing environmental impact.

Banese maintains a stock writing contract with Banco Bradesco S.A, which also provides shareholder services through its branches nationwide.

To access the document, the investor must visit the Digital Documents Portal (PDD), a platform that allows viewing, printing, and downloading documents completely digitally, following the steps below:

1) Once on the Bradesco Digital Documents Portal, click First Access;

2) Enter your CPF (individual taxpayer number) and date of birth. For legal entities, enter the CNPJ (company taxpayer number) and founding date;

3) Choose an option to verify your identity: phone number or email

4) Enter the received code and create a password.

5) Ready! Log in using your CPF or CNPJ and the registered password.

For Bradesco account holders, the Income Report can also be accessed via Internet Banking under. On A”tivos Escriturais”, select the option “Consulta Informe de Rendimentos – 2ª via.”

The portal is available to all shareholders, regardless of whether they are Bradesco account holders. In case of difficulties, contact the portal’s customer service channel at (11) 4020-5347, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Important: The most common reason for not receiving the Income Report is an outdated address. Therefore, whenever there is a change, the shareholder must request an update with their Securities Brokerage Firm or follow the instructions in the next question: 2. How do I update my registration ?

Do you need your Report from before of 2024?

If the shareholder has not received previous income reports, they must visit one of Banese’s branches or the Investor Relations Area (ARINV) at Banese’s Administrative Center, located at Rua Olímpio de Souza Campos Júnior, nº 31, Bairro Inácio Barbosa, Aracaju (SE), Brazil, presenting an Identity Document and CPF.
If the shareholder does not reside in the state of Sergipe, they should request the report via email at ri@banese.com.br, attaching authenticated copies of their ID, CPF, and Proof of Residence or a Declaration of Residence.

To update your registration per CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) Instructions No. 310 and No. 333, shareholders must complete a written request. The Bradesco Shareholder Registration Form is available at branches and must be submitted with:

• For Individuals: Authenticated copies of ID, CPF, and proof of residence

• For Legal Entities: Authenticated copies of CNPJ, updated Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws, and the minutes electing the current board.

If represented by proxy: Power of attorney and authenticated copies of the proxy’s ID and CPF

The Registrar Agent service includes the registration and control of stock ownership through an Electronic Writing System, the calculation and distribution of all declared corporate events (such as dividends, interest on equity, earnings, capital refunds, amortizations, bonuses, subscriptions, stock splits, and reverse splits), as well as the transfer of assets, updates to shareholder records, account linkages and releases, conversions and activations, and the issuance of reports and statements. The Registrar Agent for Banese’s shares is Banco Bradesco and can be accessed through this link.

Bradesco account holders can check their share position through Internet Banking at www.bradesco.com.br.

Important: Shareholders must keep their registration details up to date, informing Banco Bradesco of any changes to their address or bank account for dividend and other payments.

Stock prices can be checked on B³ (Brazilian Stock Exchange) by searching BGIP3 for Common Shares (ON) and BGIP4 for Preferred Shares (PN).

Banese is listed under the Traditional Level and complies with Law 6.404/76 and CVM regulations, Including the regulations for stock exchange issuers, available on the [B]³ website.

Common Shares (ON): Grant voting rights but do not have priority in dividends.

Preferred Shares (PN): Do not offer voting rights but ensure 10% additional dividends over common shares.

This balance allows investors to choose the type of stock that best aligns with their strategies, whether for direct participation in governance or a focus on financial returns.

According to Law 6.404/76, companies must distribute at least 25% of net income as dividends. Interest on Equity (JCP) is taxed at 15% before distribution, the value of dividens are integral for the shareholder.

Banese dividends and interest on equity can be received directly into a checking account at any bank participating in the compensation system. If the shareholder does not have a bank account, they can withdraw the amounts through the Bradesco Securities Writing System, a service contracted by Banese and available exclusively in digital format, or by visiting any Bradesco branch with proper identification documents.

The ex-dividend date is the date on which the stock is traded without the right to the remuneration paid to shareholders. It usually occurs on the business day following the resolution for shareholder remuneration payment made by the Shareholders’ Meeting or the Banese Board of Directors’ Meeting, but in exceptional cases, it may be set for a different date.

Banese discloses its information through various channels, including Market Announcements, Material Facts, Reference Forms, 20F filings, and Investor Reports.

Banese also publishes its annual financial statements in a major newspaper circulated at the company’s headquarters (Correio de Sergipe) and in the Official Gazette of the State of Sergipe.
