 NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. (“BANESE” or “Company”), a multiple bank and a state-owned corporation, hereby informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that the Central Bank of Brazil has authorized, on this date, eligibility for Tier II Capital of the fundraising through the private issue of Subordinated Financial Bills, due to the exchange of subordinated debt instruments, in the amount of R$98,420,331.75, pursuant to CMN Resolution 4,192/2013. As a result, the amount raised will now be incorporated in the Reference Equity as of the respective issue dates, pursuant to the aforementioned Resolution.
