NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. – BANESE, a multiple bank, formed in the form of a joint-stock company, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in accordance with Law 6404/76, in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) in its Normative Instruction 480, and under the terms of Resolution 4. 720/19 of the National Monetary Council, the disclosure of its Semi-annual Financial Statements will now be made exclusively on the Company’s Investor Relations website (https://ri.banese.com.br), on the Central Financial Statement of the National Financial System (CDSFN) of the Central Bank of Brazil and on the CVM website, all of which are available to the public free and unrestricted access.

The company will keep its shareholders and the market informed regard this and other disclosures.
