EXPECTED DATE FOR THE 2021 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. (“BANESE” or “Company”), pursuant to Article 21-L, paragraph 2 of CVM Instruction 481/2009, announces to its shareholders, investors and the market in general that the Company’s 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is scheduled for April 13, 2021.

The information and documents related to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be disclosed within the legally established period.
