MATERIAL FACT

Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. (“BANESE” or “Company”), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6.404 of December 15, 1976 (Brazilian Corporation Law) and the regulations of the Brazilian Securities Commission (“CVM”), especially CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that following the Material Fact released on 02/12/2020, made a capital contribution of R$69,999,795.90 (sixty nine million, nine hundred and ninety nine thousand, seven hundred and ninety-five reais and ninety cents) at SEAC – Sergipe Administradora de Cartões e Serviços, headquartered in the city of Aracaju, State of Sergipe, enrolled with the CNPJ/MF under no 03. 847.413/0001-02, with its acts of incorporation registered with the Sergipe State Board of Trade under NIRE 28200282054 (“Associated”), increasing its total shareholding from 49.75% (forty-nine point seventy-five percent) to 71.68% (seventy-one point sixty-eight percent).

SEAC was converted into a Private Limited Company, having its corporate name changed to  “SEAC – SERGIPE ADMINISTRADORA DE CARTÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A.”
