RESIGNATION OF MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Bank of the State of Sergipe S.A. (“Company”) informs its shareholders, investors and the market in general that, due to personal reasons, Mr. Henrique José Ribeiro Dias Filho, presented, on November 23, 2018, letter of resignation to the position of Board Member of the Company, for which he had been elected at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 17, 2018.
