Mr. Occhi’s professional experience includes: CEO of TERRACAP (from January to December 2019), State Minister of Health (from April 2018 to December 2018), CEO of Caixa Econômica Federal (from June 2016 to March 2018), Sitting Member of the Board of Directors of Banco PAN (from 2016 to 2018), Sitting Member of the Board of Directors of Caixa Seguros Holding (from 2016 to 2018), State Minister of the Ministry of National Integration (from January 2015 to May 2016), and State Minister of the Ministry of Cities (from March to December 2014).

Engineer, specialist in Administration, and master’s degree in Economics. Currently, Director of a Credit Cooperative and member of audit committees of institutions within the National Financial System (SFN). Served as Manager of the Sicoob Credlíder Credit Cooperative (2019 to 2022), Director of Credlíder Credit Cooperative (2022 to 2023), and member of the Audit Committee of Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. (2019 to 2021).
Maico Santos Wiltshire de Carvalho	Counselor
Master’s student in Public Administration. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography Education, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and in Public Administration. Post-graduate degrees in Banking Management; Financial Management, Controllership, and Auditing; People Management, Managerial Development, and Coaching; and Systems Analysis. Currently, Credit Control Manager at BANESE (since 2022). Previously served as Business Manager at BANESE (2021 to 2022), Account Support Manager at BANESE (2015 to 2021), and Banking Technician at BANESE (2013 to 2015). Walter Pereira Lima	Counselor
Bachelor in Economics, Postgraduate in Public Management, Postgraduate in Human Resources and Master in Public Management. Parliamentary secretary in the Chamber of Deputies between June/17 and December/22. Chief Secretary of the Office for the Management of Contracts, Tenders and Logistics of the Government of the State of Sergipe since January/23.

Executive Secretary of SEDURBI since February 2023. Member of various Fiscal Councils, including the Fiscal Council of Banco do Estado de Sergipe (BANESE) from August 2015 to April 2019, and again since July 2023 to present. Held positions as Administrative Director and Technical Director. Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management, appointed in August 2002. Worked at ITPS from 2002 to 2003 as Technical Advisor to the President and at the State Planning Secretariat from 2003 to 2011 in various roles, including Secretary of State for Planning. Deputy Secretary of State for Planning, Budget, and Management at SEPLAG from 2011 to 2013. Deputy Secretary of State for Finance from 2013 to 2014, and Executive Superintendent of the State Treasury from 2014 to 2022. President of the First Fiscal Appeals Chamber of the Taxpayers’ Council from April 2013 to December 2022.
Manoel Pinto Dantas Neto	Effective Audit Board Member
Graduated in Law. Worked as a Lawyer from 2000 to 2002. Served as Legislative Advisor to the Municipal Government of Aracaju from 2002 to 2006. In the Government of the State of Sergipe, held positions as Director of the Special Coordination Office (2007-2008), Deputy Secretary (2008-2010), State Deputy Secretary (2010-2014), and Extraordinary Consultant (2014-2016). Currently holds the positions of Legislative Superintendent (2019-present) and Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management (2021-present). Also served as a Member of the State Social Security Council (2007-2016), Fiscal Councilor of BANESE (2011-2012), Member of the Board of Directors of PRONESE (2015-present), Councilor of AGRESE (2015-present), and Councilor of SEGRASE (2019-present).

Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy and Bachelor’s Degree in Languages. Public Servant, serving as Regional Education Director at CDA since 2017. Worked as Technical Advisor in the Secretary’s Office at CDA from 2013 to 2016. Held the position of Educational Technical Assistant from 2006 to 2013, and School Principal from 2000 to 2006.
Alvim Borges da Silva Filho	Alternate Audit Board Member
PhD in Business Administration. Currently serves as Director of a Credit Cooperative and is a member of audit committees for institutions within the National Financial System (SFN). Previously worked as Manager of the Sicoob Credlíder Credit Cooperative (2019 to 2022), Director of Credlíder Credit Cooperative (2022 to 2023), and member of the Audit Committee of Banco do Estado de Sergipe S.A. (2019 to 2021). Has over 20 years of experience as a coordinator, professor, and university director, in addition to having worked at the Central Bank of Brazil.

Completed a course in Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Treasury Management (2010) and Financial Analysis and Planning through SEBRAE.
