Cadastral Update

Aiming to improve our relationship, Banese is promoting the shareholder registration update campaign. It’s simple and fast!
Just fill out and sign the form below and send it to the e-mail address (cadastro.acionista@banese.com.br) with copies of the following documents:

SHAREHOLDER-INDIVIDUAL:

• a) Valid photo ID (RG, CNH, class unit portfolio);
• b) Individual taxpayer’s ID (CPF);
• c) Proof of Address (issued in maximum 3 months) with full address;
• d) If represented by attorney: power of attorney specifying qualification of prosecutors and description of their powers + all documents listed above pertaining to the attorney.
• e) Cadastral Update Form – Individual, duly completed and signed.

SHAREHOLDER-LEGAL ENTITY:

• a) Document of constitution of the legal entity duly updated and registered in the competent body;
• b) Corporate acts indicating the managers of the legal entity, if applicable.
• c) where it is represented by an attorney:
• (i) power of attorney specifying qualification of prosecutors and description of their powers.
• (ii) identity document of prosecutors and their individual taxpayer’s register – CPF/MF;
• d) Cadastral Update Form – Individual, duly completed and signed.
